Lima Charlie Capital, founded by two dedicated individuals, David Waldbauer (President) and Ron Cedillo (Vice President), embodies the essence of commitment and expertise in the world of real estate investment. David, a Mechanical Engineer and a licensed General Contractor in the State of California, boasts over 13 years of invaluable experience within the California real estate market. His impressive portfolio spans residential reconditioning, construction, housing, and rental management projects. Furthermore, David's unwavering dedication to service led him to serve two tours in Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and subsequently, eight years in the United States Army.

Ron, a licensed California Broker with a remarkable 20-year tenure in the industry, currently manages over 300 rental properties and guides a team of 36 accomplished real estate agents in California's Central Valley. His extensive involvement in managing and renovating residential properties throughout the Central Valley is complemented by his work with numerous local private and public entities, contributing to the successful closing of more than 3,000 residential real estate transactions.
